Koukaki: The "Little Paris" of Athens

Koukaki, one of the hangouts in Athens, is undoubtedly an area that has been rising
in recent years! Numerous hangouts in Athens, many shops of all kinds varying from
bars, small bistros, restaurants for all kinds of gourmets!
Originally (regarding the history of this area) , a factory owner named George
Koukakis lived there and he was the first to build a house and stay in this area, on
the Piraeus side of the road leading to Glyfada near Syngrou avenue. Since then
the area has been called Koukaki!
As early as 1980, this neighborhood was referred to as the "little Paris" of Athens. In
recent years, even the most in the neighborhood of Athens has been declared one
of the trendiest areas and the prospect of finding a home there is almost
imperishable! It has been classified as the 16th most popular region internationally,
according to official Airbnb data.
