Extra premium virgin olive oil




          Greek olive oil from the Koroneiki olive variety,
          this year’s yield (it matures from the end of
          November till the beginning of December),
          with a fruity aroma and acidity level of 0,23, is
          picked before the olives ripen to retain their
          high nutritional value.

          Specically:

          K232=1,879,  K268=0,147, DK=-0,005,
          Peroxides= 9,5
          In a dark bottle, properly stored, so as to
          conserve the oil’s avor and nutritional values,
          as when they were measured during the
          production and standardisationprocess.
