          Kalamata Olives


          Kalamata  olives  undergo  a  multiple  traditional  processing  for a
          two-month period.  The olives are preserved in extra virgin, mildly
          salted olive oil or brine, so as to maintain the exceptional taste and
          the quality attributes of olives intact, for your salads and cocktails.











          Oregano

          Greek aromatic oregano from Mani

          All over the world, at the end of spring till the rst days of June, every
          year,  aromatic organic wild oregano is collected from the foot of Mt.
          Taygetos by the local farmers of Mani in Peloponnese. The oregano is
          carefully hand-picked to ensure that the root system is not destroyed
          and that the cultivation is sustained.












          Thyme
          Wild thyme from the foot of mt. taygetos


          Strong-tasting, organic and aromatic wild thyme is collected every
          year, from the end of spring till the rst days of June, by the local
          farmers of Mani in Peloponnese. The thyme is carefully gathered so as
          to avoid any possible destruction of the root, and guarantee the
          extension of cultivation.











          -The drying process of all our traditional products is incorporated in the production
          units of our local farmers, while the packaging is made, after cautious rubbing and
          ?ltering, in premium glass vases in order to safeguard the herb’s qualities and scent
          for a very long time, until it is ?nally added to your salads and food.
